I just built two of Tobe's Adams clone actuators and used Phil G recoders with the Pololu drivers.
Both pulse away nicely but one of them pulses very little at neutral, so it does not hit the stops and wanders around neutral. What could be causing that?

Re: Need help with Adams Clone actuator
Is everything moving smoothly? Check the rate setting on the TX. If you swap the 2 recoders between the 2 clones what happens?
Cheers,
Tobe

Re: Need help with Adams Clone actuator
I have the recoders glued in with hot melt glue, so it will not be easy to swap them, but the actuators move very smoothly.

It was the motor, just had a bent terminal, I straightened it and it started working normally. Thanks,
