What's that long silver rod sticking out of the tx ?.

Just charging all the batteries, fettled the saggy film with my iron and packed all the wing joiners and rubber bands.

Almost ready to go..

...a kind of fast battery charger? At every lightning strike a large capacitor is charged up which in due time charges the Tx battery.

Since none of us are getting any younger, those large capacitors could also double as emergency defibrillators, especially after a long retrieval to the bottom of the hill ⛑

We obviously slope soar differently in the UK; we land at the top of the hill.

Erm ….. not done yet - there is a Minimoa and a girlfriend with a flaming great case to fit in here yet - not to mention tent and toothbrush
