Coquette undressed

The Coquette has been on my "To build" list for ages but Shaun's article a few months back gave me the kick I needed.......

It will be "rudder only" and powered by a Mills .75 and it is mostly as per the plan but I have made a few mods in the light of experience with other s/c models, principally the way the wings are held on..... I didn't like the hooks and tubes that Vic Smeed used so I have gone for "standard" dowels. Also, I have mounted the engine sidewinder and put a dummy cylinder head on the other side...... because I think it looks nice! ;)

Now, where did I put that dope brush.......

Now all I need a bit less wind so I can test fly it. :P

Great job. Making me wish I hadn't sold my big Coquette to Leon at Belaire now.

You'll enjoy flying it.. It just looks right in the air...

Cheers,

Shaun.
