1, Start off by cleaning your copper clad board, I use a scouring pad
2, using blue press n peel, print the circuit pattern using a laser printer, I always print it on a A4 plain paper first then cut some press n peel to just overlap the image, put it back in the printer again. This saves using a full sheet. Don't forget to print it mirror image.
3, iron on the press n peel to the PCB and trim to size.
4, I use Ferric chloride as an etchant.
5, Using masking tape, tape it down to a wooden board and drill the 1mm holes.
6, Insert components.
