My Pulstar build continues (at a fast snails pace), wings now awaiting final sand, tail feathers done.
Fuselage next and hopefully I can do a swing by on a model shop on the way home to get some sanding sealer.
We have already seen the superb quality others can achieve......mine will undoubtedly have more of a rustic feel to it

Hi all,

Looking forward to a swarm of Pulstars in the sky at Ponte.

If you have any old retro related gear or general Aeromodelling items to move on to pastures new feel free to bring a table and sell it off..... No charge but Phil & I won't say no to a cup of coffee :D

Finally we always need helpers for the event; even if you can cover the car parking duties for just 30 mins your help would be appreciated as it would at the end of the day when we have to strip everything down.

Good weather booked, if it's not on the day then it's down to a clerical error...

Mine is looking pretty bright, primarily as I'm expecting it to end up in a tree more than once & the brighter it is, the easier to find.

I just finished the new rudder which is slightly bigger so I'll cover it & glue on today.

Looking at around 200g auw.

Another nice colourful Pulstar Al. Like the way you've done the angles in the centre of the wing - given it a striking look.

Very nice. I like the baby blue colour for models. Some say that it doesn't show up against a blue sky, but I've never found that to be the case.

It's actually Green but the camera on the phone gets colour blindness from time to time.
The fin & rudder are on tonight. If I get home from work before sunset tomorrow I'll take a pic with a proper camera.
Hopefully the prop will arrive tomorrow so I can balance & be ready for maiden.
