Glad to hear you're on the mend now Shaun - but by gum, lad - having bits cut out is a bit of an extreme way of losing weight, innit?

Thanks for all the kind words gents. Just getting rid of all the spare body parts now so I can enjoy retirement without spending time in hospital.
Dieting I don't need Col. Lost half a stone in a week since getting out of hospital but seems to have stabilised now.
