Biplane question

If you build a biplane and the angle-of-attack on the top wing just happens to come out exactly the same as the bottom wing, do you think thats a coincidence ?

(Pass me my coat please Gary...) :D

If I were to build I biplane and the two wings came out straight it would be a miracle :D
