A few of you may know, I've been going to Slimming world for the past year. Well on Tuesday night I got voted Mr Sleek 2018! Well chuffed, here's a before and after pic too, 5 stone lighter. So just to celebrate, I'm changing my username to Mr Sleek for a week!

Looking great, I hope to do the same thing soon, after a right TKR next Tuesday. After Christmas I'll be able to exercise.

Hi Sleek.
Congratulations on that impressive transformation. Careful your new-found energy does not impact your flying too much ! :D

Well done Ron, an impressive effort. I have the opposite problem these days as, after being 90 kilos for many many years, which was a decent weight and BMI for my 1.92 metre height, with the onset of old age I have steadily dropped to 80 over the last couple of years. Still feel fine but, of course, all the wardrobe needs replacing as my trousers keep falling down!!

Yes I know what you mean. Since I’ve reached my target weight I need a new wardrobe. Through my weight loss journey I’ve had to change wardrobe twice. Gets expensive.
I’ve gone from XL in top size to medium and trouser size from 40” to 34”, actually 33” would be nearer but they don’t do one.
