Here are the connections for "Futaba sytle" and "JR style" modules. Note that they are very similar except for the Positive power pin.

The PIC S/C encoder has an optional piggy-back Futaba connector, which means less wiring, but isnt so easy to fit in a small case. Sometimes an aerial extension lead is necessary:
And here are the JR-style module connections:
Here is an example of a home-made JR-Style plug, note the similarity but the positive is moved along by one pin - these are shown in their 'pre-gobbo' stage - always support the wires with evo-snot, POR or hot-glue.
Flysky users note that the RM002 module has a very shallow connector, the pins will only insert by a few mm.
Aerial SMA / RP-SMA Notes:
Also whilst on the topic of module connections and extension leads, note that there are two standards for the aerial connection and its vital that your module, aerial and any extension cable all match up. Two pins obviously wont fit together, but two females will appear to fit but will not connect.
For example a Spektrum or Frsky aerial will appear to fit an Orangerx module perfectly.
But there will be no connectiom of the centre pin!
OrangeRx, Assan and Quanum are SMA.
Spektrum, Frsky & Corona are all RP-SMA. If in doubt, check the location of the central pin.
