The german model magazine FMT published the files for a complete 1:1 scale Graupner Wankel engine some time ago.
In my dummy engine, I used the muffler files and the outer cooling ring files from this source.
All the inner parts like the inner cooling ring and the front plate I had to draw myself using OpenSCAD to provide room for the electric motor.
The FMT files you can find here:

https://www.vth.de/fmt/cad-bibliothek

Both the OpenSCAD files and the stl.-files for the inner parts are here:
Wankel.zip
(101 KiB) Downloaded 341 times
When using Openscad you can adjust the inner cooling ring and the front plate to suit your motor.

Have fun, cheers
Frank

To make it easier for non-german speaking friends:

You need to download the data from the german magazin FMT as published in the thread. They are called
3-D-Druck-Wankelmotor, Teil 1, ....,Teil 2, and ....,Teil 3.
This three big downloads enable you to print a complete 1:1 scale Wankel engine. For the dummy engine only four parts out of the big number of parts are used.
The parts you need are:
3.20.1 Kühlring
3.13.1 Schalldämpfer Teil A
3.13.2 Schalldämpfer Teil B
3.14.1 Schalldämpfer Kappe

In addition you need the two parts "Front" and "Zylinder" from my Wankel .zip.
The glow plug you see is a real one.

I used a C4250 typ brushless motor, about 600kv, turning a 12x6 prop on 4s Lipo. It provides more power than a 40 or 45 size IC engine. A 4000mAH Lipo is good for over 15 minutes flying time.

Cheers
Frank

Thanks for that Frank.

Alternatively, you can use Google translate and the page appears in English :)
(or whatever language you prefer)

Hi Alex,

looks great. Try a Graupner Middle Stick or a WIK Jonny or any other Stick typ airplane. You find a lot on outerzone.
