Rescue in the Pacific......
As mentioned in a previous post, during lockdown and the susequent virtual shutdown of my sailing club, I have been sending extracts from the "letters home" we sent during our travels, to the Sailing Club newsletter. The latest may be of interest to the sailors on here and also to the radio hams amongst us....... Hands up all those who remember Tony Hancock's "Radio Ham" sketch..... ?!

Hi Paul
That is a fascinating read again, honestly if you put all your journey logs together into a book, it would be a non-fiction best seller. I'm looking forward to the next instalment?!

Re: Rescue in the Pacific......
Thanks Mike but the fact is that too many people have done similar trips and been to the same places. There are scores, if not hundreds, of books out there already and not enough people would buy it. ....... It was exciting for us though!
