That is the neatest home built R/C set I've ever seen, you've raised the bar of what is achievable to a new level, well done!

There is a second unit that I could think to auction by close bids for a donation to a charity organization at the winner discretion and choice. This unit would be customized to the winners choice.

Wow! To say I'm overwhelmed would be an understatement!
Thank you so much, Tobe! That is a truly wonderful prize, and will be treasured as befits it!
Guess I'd better get building something suitable to put it in for Ponte next year!
I will be sending you my details in a few minutes.
Thanks once again!

I don't think it could have gone to a more deserving person. At Ponty Pete was flying on the button S/C with a compact escapement, reeds (well I know a Graupner Variophon is not technically reeds, but most would still call it reeds) and early proportional sets, but no GG. Time to try GG as well Pete!

Look what arrived in the post today!

The (beautifully packed!) box also contained a lot of other goodies - far more than I had anticipated!
Words cannot express the gratitude I owe to Tobe for this wonderful prize!
It looks like I have a lot of work waiting for me over the winter, to build models worthy of this super piece of equipment!
Thanks again, Tobe!
