June 2nd 2018 will be the Katie Martin Memorial fly at Torrey Pines and is hosted by the Torrey Pines Gulls. Located off the 5 freeway north of La Jolla Ca.. You will need to be an AMA member and pay $10 for a one day pass. Bob Martins wife Katie convinced him to buy the tooling from Midwest Models for the Hobie Hawk, so that is the focus of this event, but all types of sail planes are welcome. If you have a Coyote, Katie, SR-7, or any other Martin glider, bring it as Bob would love it. See you there.
