Brilliant effort pal.

My quick build model is all ready to go now. Thought I'd better install the RX and set up the transmitter at home.
I'll bring a few of the 3 x 3 x 4 props if you want to give one a go..
Shaun.

I hope all attendees have a truly great time tomorrow. I almost have finished my Pulstar.
I sincerely hope to be able to get there next year.
I also have a couple of ideas wrt next years possible "theme".

All the best

Just arrived home after having a most enjoyable day.

It was good to get to know a few more members and put faces to names

Thanks to everyone who made it such a good day and to all those who worked behind the scenes.

I'll try to post a few photos of the planes over the next few days.

Thanks again.

A v-tail, a hair drier, an enlarged power pod (do you think that could also be compensation Gary? ;) ) and a flying overcast, and of course those that used the plan :P  . What a creative lot you are........... :D

Too much fun me thinks........
Cheers,

Wayne

Superb day - somehow again it was better than last year! I think there were significantly more models flying this time, even though the wind was across the strip and maybe a little bit stronger than expected - but still by no means too strong; I just had to pick my moments to fly the Ajax, the Gypsy and the Windbag (which at one point went upside down during it's wild oscillations!).

Again Shaun's mental aberration reared it's ugly head and as mentioned, he managed to make an eminently sensible design downright silly - but it flew well, and I heard he was going to offer rides on it to any children who wanted a go.

I arrived at 9am and got set up, signed in and briefed and then I was flying pretty much back to back from the start of business (around 10am?) right through until 5:30pm. I flew all the models I took with me and they all came home in the same state as they arrived.

What more could one ask for in a Boyish Grand Day Out? :D

It was great to see so many strangely familiar faces and so many wonderful models. Huge thanks to Shaun, Ron, Phil, Peter (Barbie) and PANDAS for a fantastic day out! :P Even the weather was good........ I flew five models and have no repairs to do ;) . Thanks one and all and roll on 2019!

I’ve just built another pulstar, but smaller than the original :D
It was a full kit too, laser cut, took 20 seconds to build.
I’m having a bit of trouble finding a motor though.
Thanks guys
PS- the plan for it is on the mug :D

Hello Ade (mosfets)

I would like to use the photos of your articles on my blog.
Is it OK?
I would like to introduce it in Japan as well.
