Post by Shaun »

Dates confirmed with club just subject to informing council as we have to apply for a licence.

18th / 19th May

Same format as before:-

18th is an electric only day - any electric model . Only IC allowed is control line.

19th is Retro fly in... No free flight. Theme model is any retro design but reduced by a minimum of 50%

Looking forward to this being the biggest one yet..

More details soon when Phil has time in his ridiculously busy life to post them; check on www.singlechannel.co.uk

We already have some prizes..

7 rib / former part kits from Neil at iGull
A years subscription to Aeromodeller
A years subscription to RCM&E
New Keil Kraft kit Caprice Ripmax

Cheers,

Shaun & Phil

OK so who's coming.

My 50% ??? is ready for covering ;) . It probably won't be the smallest but I have still found it pretty fiddly to build......

Ummm..... :? Not in a glove compartment but it would go in a fairly small suitcase.

I spose I'd better come........

I'll not have a model of the 'official' theme but I should have one of my own 'personal' theme - ie a bit weird......

A big thanks to Neil at iGull; he has just sent a box of seven part kits plus a mystery bag of retro goodies for prizes at Ponte again.

He can only keep doing this if we keep supporting him buying them so don't be a stranger.

Shaun

Yes... this is an unashamed plug for him
