Im just on with a GEM branded battery checker to match up with my GEM SC outfit
It uses the .96” oled screen and displays battery voltage and is self powered.
Housed in a very small Hammond box only 50mm x 35mm x 15mm
It will also have the usual 6 pin header socket on the side for future programming/upgrades using usbasp and a JR type servo lead for the battery to plug into
The case is the same size one used on the RX battery in photo. Should be neat when complete.
Its not designed as an all singing all dancing checker, but a quick tester to see what level of charge is in the battery

So I’ve been swapping stuff around on the display and come up with the final design. It better matches the original GEM tx

Hi Ron, your attention to detail is inspirational Your complete GEM "set" really is a jewel - well done.
Now I am inspired to (eventually) do similar with my O.S. Pixie.

Thanks Wayne
So I’m virtually finished.
Here is the GEM battery checker.
At switch on, you get the branded splash screen, a few seconds later it returns a bar graph display of the battery.
First photo, splash screen
