Tri-ang Radio Master MK1

Post by Mike_K »

As a few of you may have seen, I bid and won an "empty" Tri-ang Radio Master MK1 on eBay and had planned to use it as a toolbox

viewtopic.php?f=58&t=1185

Well, when it arrived, it felt too heavy to be empty, I removed the top cover and everything was there, even the battery connectors! Nothing empty about it at all, the seller obviously thought as the battery compartment was empty, it was an empty box, not realising there was a hidden compartment. So it won't be converted into a toolbox after all. Even better my boxed Tri-ang Radio Master is a MK2, this a MK1, so another one for the collection. A bit of a bargain as it turns out.
