Old Style Macgregor Supermac Receiver
Hello, Malc again with another question regarding the old grey metal cased Mac Supermac Rx. Does anyone know the correct receiver operating voltage as I have no instructions. Thank`s in advance.

I'll have a look this evening thru a pile of data sheets I have. No guarantees but there's a chance the info may be there.

If not I may have one with the wiring harness attached. Again, no promises but fingers crossed.

Re: Old Style Macgregor Supermac Receiver
It says 7.2V or 8.4V Deac (NiCAD) or a nominal 9V, so a 6S or 7S NiMH would be OK

Cheers Mike, I was pretty sure it would use a PP3 as many of the MacG ones did ( except for very early examples ) but didn't want to commit until I found out. I'll still have a look for the wiring diagram.

Not found anything yet. I'll have a look thru some other sheets I have tomorrow.

Thank you all for the information! I assumed they worked on 9v but did not want to try before confirmation. The forum is great and people so helpful, Malc. Long live single channel!
