Philp Avonds has been busy converting Transmitters!

Post by Mike_K »

I thought some of you may be interested in seeing that Philip Avonds the well-known jet modeller and manufacturer, is also interested in converting vintage transmitters. Understandably, as he has his own website he prefers to post details there but asked if I could post a link. He looks as if he's been quite busy!

Cheers

Arrggghh....Damn you internet!! for making one's own efforts look shabby!
Ever since junior school. You walk to the teachers desk and hand in your finger painting, full of pride, and then Pibble junior from 3b hands in a bloody Rembrandt.

Great stuff Mike, am glad to see that Philip shares your passion for Euro-Patisserie transmitters oh and Simprop and Kraft. A friend of mine is the son of the Belgian Kraft manufacturer, Kraft Europe (Yves van Gompel is the man) and he converts quite a few Kraft Txs to 2.4 and is a great source of Kraft Tx circuit diagrams from that era too.
