Some time ago, you could get brandnew Jamara 35MHz modules here for less than €3,00 each.
But it seems they are all gone now.

Ok so here we are the Os is nearly finished. Wiring done and reasonably neat. Yet to do a mechanical fix for the JR 35mhz RF board and to make the meter work again as a RF out indicator. I will do this by making a simple ‘wave meter’ circuit with a cap a choke and a diode on the back of the meter. A short aerial will run parallel to the link which will connect the RF board to the aerial . I’m sure I saw this the first time on the RCM&E digital tx ?

Hi guys well VERY frustratingly I have given up on the Digispark encoder within this particular transmitter. Dreadful swamping problems RF to encoder I simply could not resolve . I tried everything. So very reluctantly I removed the Digispark and put the JR max encoder from the same donor tx as the 35mhz RF board.
I have a real crows nest in there at the moment but it works ! Phew ...

The electronic trims I intend to mount internally on a small board and seal their positions.

BUT! I have a problem- and one I suspected - the stick pots are clearly a different value to the JR stick pots. As a result moving the Sticks yields only 5mm of travel each way on each servo. Ironically the trim pots give much better throws .

So what’s to do ? Shunts across the stick pots ??

Help much appreciated

In the interests of Sanity . This evenings work sees the repair of the original Circuitry on 27mhz AM
And it works perfectly. Currently running a Futaba R102JE converted to four channel

Next step isolate the RF stage and fit a 35mhz FM board
Using the original encoder for proper full throw operation of the servos
