This one was a three channel one not quite sure wether or not they took off in the UK that well , I know the later series was popular ..
Anyway , couple pics to show layout inside a three channel one , which incidentally is now four channels with a biased switch giving another operation of a servo albeit full travel either way …
This is used as a Tx for a model gas fired steam train .
The left hand stick being for regulator (throttle) the third Channel is used for the reverser linkage , whilst the sprung centre and centre biased switch used for a ‘cheat’ electronic whistle ,and also switching carriage lights on and off , or whatever else , I’ve seen a loco with driver waving his arm connected via servo ..
Anyway , this one’s definitely not going airborne.
