Adams magnetic setup

Hi All
I just wanted to catch up with the current tech on making an Adams style pulse system.
I make the assumtion that I can us a stripped back reeduino encoder fitted in my Ace commander Tx with only the Aileron input active. Now at the Rx end between port one and the Adams actuator is there an updated device available or a diy item that we can build.
