Mode Zero

Mike, my eldest son, has been scratch building one of the old Aeroflyte Albatross models and making a couple of small changes.
One is the canopy, now in vac form and the other, changes to the otherwise square section front to round to accomodate an electric motor.
Also has included NACA inlets for cooling.

Should be ready for first flights in a couple of weeks time.

That canopy looks very well done. Guess you have had a few goes before? Look forwards to seeing some more images .

Mike has been at it for 40 years or so, myself another 20, so yes, quite a bit of experience there.
