This discussion made me start pining for the return of my 1/4-scale Flea. Sadly, the mate I sold it to told me yesterday that he'd totalled it; it is no more.
How he could manage that with so easy an aeroplane to fly, I can't imagine, but perhaps it's a blessing - I sold it to free up space in the hangar and that's even worse now than it was then! :o

How about this one for a small flea https://outerzone.co.uk/plan_details.asp?ID=8591. I flew this as a free flight model in the ‘70s when I was a member of Heswall MAC. It flew well and would make a good conversion to electric and radio (single channel?)

Flies ok, but I am still trying to get it to run straight on takeoff... :x
