I built this as a presentation gift for a couple who volunteered on the trip boat for the disabled for 20 years.
Balsa block skinned with .5mm ply. Painted with auto lacquer. Livery is water-slide decals created in Inkscape (free "Illustrator" type software)
Got several order to be going on with.
Will be mounted on a mahogany stand.

Careful guys, there's an ambiguity due to the message sequence that my warped colonial mind can't get past - delighted with the narrow boat or the behemoth suppository???
All jokes(?) aside, tis indeed a delightful recreation, well done Gary.

The doctor gave me some suppositories, they tasted awful and for all the good they did I may as well have stuck them up my arse....

Yeah, my quack told me to put them in my back passage. I did - they're still on the rear verandah where they haven't done a damn thing. For all the good they've done, like Gary I may as well have stuck'em where the sun don't shine

Then the doctor put the suppository in for me, I don't know how he managed it but he had both hands on my shoulders.......

Now that Les Patterson has retired, have either of you guys considered applying for the position of "Australian Cultural Attache"?
