Have any of our boffins looked at, or done anything with this DIYMore board? The specs, including onboard xtal oscillator, in such a small package while still using standard pin spacings, look impressive.

Might be ok, maybe not....instructions in the link say no more than 33v on i/o's....think that should be 3v3.

True, but this time appears to be poor copy & paste rather than a questionable product.
3.3v is correct.

I've got some and have programmed them, using the normal serial, and via a programmer soldered to the extra 'test point' pads on the bottom of the board. They don't have enough I/O pins for many of our transmitter projects. Obviously they could be used for a single channel encoder, but we already have several alternative chips for those. Also would be good for airborne projects that don't need too many pins, nor 5V operation.
They have lots of processing power and memory, compared to standard 8-bit microcontrollers, and in a nice small package. If anyone has a project in mind that requires such features, the XIAO is a good choice.
