Another Arduino encoder option

In addition to Phil_G's proportional encoder, which I have used to upgrade a Micron PL6D transmitter, there is another encoder option which is worth a look:

Some of you may already be aware of this encoder, but I have converted my old Sanwa Excellence 35MHz transmitter using this. The encoder fits on a Arduino Nano board OK and also drives a OLED display. The encoder has lots of features including model memory all displayed on the OLED.

That looks really good - but theres no S/C emulation, so for us, Mike's is even better! :D
Reading the thread, it looks like Patrick is still ironing out some bugs with button reading etc
