Nice work Al. My previous crude attempts have not produced the standard you have displayed - my technique (?) Has been to clamp the ali sheet in the vice between two pieces of steel and then bend the ali sheet by apply force via another piece of flat steel to the "outside" of the fold i.e. always bend by pushing away from myself. Careful tapping along the fold with a hammer helps get a tight radius fold.
Anyway, I've ordered the pan break in your link. Hopefully for me, no more turning ali sheet into scrap metal

Very hard to get an even bend that way. You'll like the little vice pan brake. Not as good as a proper one but good enough, much cheaper & easier to store.
