Welcome Rémy to the forum. I was very impressed with your reed transmitter control on your video clip - you didn't even look down. I'm fairly new to rc model aeroplanes/airplanes so it was good to see an example of using reed control in action. Thanks for posting the video.

I fly Rc for decades, I begun in the 80's with a full proportionnal TX.
So when I built my reed TX I choose the swtiches as on a "modern" TX :
I fly mode 1 so :
on the left the upper switch is for elevator, bottom the rudder,
on the right the upper switch is for aileron, throttle under.
the last switch is the elevator trim
with this scheme it's OK, i keep my favorite reflexes with switches
