How can I remove an attachment to a post and substitute another attachment?

You can edit your own posts:
the pencil icon only appears on your own posts. After selecting, you get the post in the same edit screen as when you wrote it - just edit text & attachments as normal, then (re)submit. Eezy peezy, just too easy
