Dodgy looking user names

Every now and then, when I look at the list of registered users at the bottom of the home page there appears an odd looking username "G**gle [b*t]. (Miss spelled on purpose). It's in grey and you can't click on it but I wondered if it had a purpose...There was another with a different name the other day but I forget what it was...
