I heard on the grapevine at the Nats that Shaun had been taken ill and gone home! Sorry to hear this, and get well soon, mate!

Just got back from my holiday and sorry to hear you've been "in the wars", Shaun. Hope you make a speedy recovery and back flying soon.

Cheers

I'm even further behind than Wayne - only just got back from visiting my ol silver-haired Mum in Oz and read this!

Glad to hear you're on the mend now Shaun - but by gum, lad - having bits cut out is a bit of an extreme way of losing weight, innit? :D

Thanks for all the kind words gents. Just getting rid of all the spare body parts now so I can enjoy retirement without spending time in hospital. :D
Dieting I don't need Col. Lost half a stone in a week since getting out of hospital but seems to have stabilised now.

Cheers,

Shaun.
