Horizon or similar 2 channel tx wanted

Hi a mate of mine is after an already converted 2 channel, single stick Horizon tx (or similar size) on Spectrum. Ideally with one of Phil's Arduino based encoders so a rotary pot can be added for throttle.
Anybody have one for sale?
