Wanted. Older Multiplex transmitter

Post by Stew »

Hi all.
Looking for an old Multiplex transmitter. I have a hankering for some old German tech. Anyone want to release an old Tx for a new lease of life?

Big and black with slide switches on the front, not a very useful description. His name is William LONGLEY, 01258 488833, tasuma@btconnect.com

Fill yer boots Shaun, If you're after one for the museum. If you find out what he has after you've taken your fill I'll see if there's anything that floats my boat.

I believe it's a 2020 from the 1980's.
I have one Stew.

Sticks units are brilliant on these sets along with the 2015, 3010, 3030 and 4000. Also the earlier Commander series of tx's are great. Top quality gear.

Bill owned Viking models and was the originator and distributor of the RCM&E kit built tx/ rx; (the second later version not the earlier square cased one).

They are still worth buying.. Also easy to modify from memory as the PPM signal is available on the charge / trainer din plug.

Multiplex did an external plug-in 2.4g module (you need a Multiplex rx for this option) and there was also another internal hack style module they sold that worked Spektrum DSM2 for the 3030/4000 range but I'm pretty sure it also worked for the 2010/15/20 tx's . One of Stuarts Lemon hack modules would fit in a treat and allow you to keep all the transmitters original features and programming.
