Good find
You only ever need two tools....WD40 and duct tape.
If it doesn't move when it should use the WD40 and if it moves and it shouldn't use the tape.

Funny to see it all in English....
The magazine started in the 1960ies in the Netherlands by the name of 'Elektuur' and has been an inspiration and tutorial alike to me.
Later came a German edition and later again one in the English language.
Great to see these saved from the bin!
