Hi folks,
I’ve eventually got back into building stuff.
My first project for about 3 years.
It’s the 4 channel Rx/Tx project.
Many thanks to Phil for his guidance on programming and wiring the RF nanos. This is the first time ive used an RF nano for RC stuff!!
Here is my receiver, I 3D printed the casing(own design) for the receiver and made a little decal for it. The Servo plug header is just made up on strip board and screwed in. Also used a 18650 for the power pack and also 3d printed a casing for that too, It has a small rubber grommet for the cable exit.
Transmitter is the next project, this takes a bit more time to think about, but ill post on here when complete

Re: Ron's Back into it
Thanks guys, my warm welcome is very much appreciated.
My transmitter case is on the printer as we speak, it will be 2 channel with a dual axis stick and meter from an old skyleader set.
Here is a picture of what it should look like. Perfect for a Little V build I'm thinking.

Re: Ron's Back into it
Here's an update,
So, im slowly getting there,
Firstly, Thanks to Tobe for the idea on mounting the antenna, great idea!
The transmitter is starting to take shape, The stick, meter & switch plus switch bezel plate are all mounted, those slots for the trims took some lining up!!
Just got the rear cover to design and print, thought id do it in black.
Thanks
